From the Word…

For a child has been born for us, a son given to us; authority rests upon his shoulders; and he is named Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
(Isaiah 9:6 NRSV)

If you have any news or events to go in Anglican e-Life, please email them to communications@anglicanlife.org.nz. 100 words or less preferred.
Please note: For the sake of space you may have to resend items if you wish to have them re-listed.

ALSO, this document will be uploaded to www.anglicanlife.org.nz at the same time that the email is distributed. We hope that this will make it easier for some people to access the information that occasionally becomes garbled in the translation from one computer system to another.

Anglican News & Events – 21 December 2011

News

1. e-Life Distribution dates and altered format

Please note that Anglican e-Life will not be distributed through the email list on Wednesday, December 28 or Wednesday, January 4 (barring any very important messages). The regular email distribution will resume on January 11 with a slightly altered format.

To reduce the amount of information that is included in e-Life each week, we are going to implement the following:

(i) upon receiving notice of an event, it will appear for one week in the NEWS section of e-Life,
(ii) in the e-Life notices on the Wednesday preceding the event, it will be listed in the THIS WEEK section, and
(iii) if there are some weeks between (i) and (ii), the event will continue to be listed chronologically in the Coming Events section of the website.

As each week’s e-Life document continues to be available for download from the bottom of the Coming Events section, you have continuing access to information from previous weeks.
