Dear Bishop Victoria

I have the pleasure in forwarding to you the following motion, as approved by the Synod of the Diocese of Zululand at its Forty-Eighth session:

"That this Synod sends a message of support to Bishop Victoria Matthews and the people of the Diocese of Christchurch after the devastating damage caused by the earthquake that utterly destroyed Christchurch's Cathedral, and assures her and the people of her Diocese, of our prayers during these trying times."

The Synod met from the 25th to the 27th of October 2012.
