Ebb and Flow Young Adults Retreat (18-30s)
Slow down, get quiet and still to create space to encounter God afresh through the life of Jonah. It is a time to ebb, to come in, to sink deep into ourselves and into God so that we can open ourselves to flowing out into the places, relationships, work that God is calling us to.
Throughout the weekend there will be wānanga on the spiritual life, relationships, and creativity and slots for elective spiritual direction.
The retreat runs from 12pm Friday 2nd to 4pm Sunday 4th October.
Arrive from 12pm for a creative space and workshop.
Official start with Eucharist at 5pm on Friday.
