The Anglican Diocese of Christchurch is the ministry body of the Diocese, which encompasses the parishes, ministry programmes and services, clergy and ministry staff. Since March 2024, Anglican Advocacy comes directly under the Diocese.

Anglican Care is the social service agency of the Diocese and its activities are performed from within the Christchurch City Mission structure. The Mission work covers activities in Christchurch, South and Mid CanterburyAnglican Care is governed by an Independent Trust Board.

The Church Property Trustees own and manage all of the property and investments of the Diocese.

The Anglican Centre is the administrative hub and operational support services (e.g. accounting, human resources, health and safety, and communications) of the Diocese (including archives), CPT, the Bishop’s Office, and Theology House. The registered charity for the Diocese’s operations is the Anglican Diocesan Ministry Support Centre (ADMSC).
